can goldfish survive in a bowl?
Everybody thinks that goldfish can survive in a bowl since most of us thinks it can survive because pet store when we were kids sold us goldfish bowl when we were still kids and it is affordable that we can afford. We can’t afford to buy a regular aquarium way back when were a kid and pet store owner offer us a bowl and sold us also affordable regular fast swimmer and hardy goldfish. I grew up keeping goldfish in this mindset and other fish keepers who are the newbie too, but this is so wrong since keeping goldfish requires plenty of space to swim, proper aeration, proper filtration since they poop a lot.
I am doing research on some blog goldfish keepers to answer this questions here are some blogs.

- Camile on Hubpages contradicts also, Here’s what She said “Many people think that goldfish or any other kind of fish in a fishbowl will not live long, because there is no filter and air pump that can provide proper water circulation and oxygen. - tropicalfishcentral.com The short answer is yes – for a while. Many people equate the fact that a goldfish can live for some period of time in a bowl with their ability to live in a bowl in general. The most common “comet” goldfish are generally cheap (under $0.25US) and sold while very small – usually less than 1 inch long and pet stores often have bowls in the vicinity of the gold fish. All of this makes it reasonable to believe that they can be kept in a bowl. read more at http://www.tropicalfishcentral.com/can-goldfish-live-in-a-bowl/
- Owen says from goldfishcareguide “Goldfish and bowls go together in the English language, but they shouldn’t in real life. A bowl might seem an ideal home for a goldfish (at least there’s no sharp corners on which it could cut itself!) but in fact they make a terrible home for most kinds of fish. read more at his article at http://goldfishcareguide.com/2008/03/05/5-reasons-not-to-use-goldfish-bowls/
